My work is grounded in psychodynamic and relational humanistic approaches. I bring experience in a range of therapeutic models including trauma informed, mindfulness and somatic or mind-body work, addictions recovery, DBT and Solutions Based approaches, to support each individual in exploring and working through the concerns that bring them to counseling. My role is as facilitator of your growth and development – through short-term problem-solving or deeper explorations of self and relationships.

An important consideration in beginning therapy, is connecting with the right person; finding a therapist with whom you experience safety and trust, and who you assess as having knowledge, skills and experience, and an attitude and approach, that works for you.

We all experience challenges on our life journeys – moving through the stages of life, career and family, navigating challenges in relationships, experiencing grief and loss, managing our inner thoughts and feelings, clarifying our values and priorities in life. Therapy supports you in strengthening your health and well-being and findingnharmony both within yourself and in your relationships. Therapy is a resource for personal growth and development, for problem-solving, and for getting onto a healthy path forward in life.
